Room was modern and comfortable. Finishes were nice, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was easy to use. Outdoor spaces were very nice and great for pets. Area felt very safe and was close to lots of restaurant choices and close to interstate.

The hotel is convenient for my business travel to the Chattanooga area. It has been recently renovated and the rooms, accessories, bathrooms, etc. are all in very nice to excellent condition. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and helpful when needed. The house keeping is done daily and is well serviced. The breakfast is nothing to write home about since it is the basic US continental run-of-the-mill - powdered eggs, waffle machine,....... Otherwise it is a nice place to stay at a decent price.

The hotel itself was nice! Very clean, modern decorated with nice colors, and just felt fresh and inviting when you walked in. Staff was welcoming and met you with a smile. The room was nice in size, very clean and modern with plenty of towels and wash clothes which can be rare. Nice shampoo, conditioner lotion, and body wash. It was raining so we didn't get to the pool but was able to rest and relax in a nice, clean room after 8 hrs traveling. The breakfast was really good. Good variety of hot and cold choices. Good location of some restaurants close by.

Very clean and well appointed room. The bed was comfortable. We were at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor and it was quiet. The free hot breakfast was very good, and all the staff, at check in and out, were very courteous and helpful. As an older person the walk-in shower was a nice touch.

This was our second stay at the LaQuinta in East Ridge, and it did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Dove amenities in the bathroom, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. The rooms are spacious and quiet. We visited during the packed 4th of July weekend and didn’t experience any noisy neighbors or street noise. The front desk staff is always accommodating and provided us with toothbrush and toothpaste upon request. We didn’t have breakfast this time, but the breakfast area was clean, and the coffee was good. The location is close to the interstate and several restaurants and very close to Chattanooga. We’ll definitely stay here in the future.

I was moving from TX to Chattanooga and needed a place to stay for a week that would take pets while I readied the apartment. I ended up staying 10 miles from my new apartment because the closer La Quinta was higher priced. This facility was really nice. It was evident that it had been built in the last 10 years or so. The rooms were comfortable and perfect for housing my cats while I was busy with the apartment during the day. The breakfast was good with hot eggs, sausage, and biscuits every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful.

rooms were really clean. It definitely has a hampton inn type quality to it. also all of the dogs were on the first floor, which I thought was good, so that the barking wouldn't bother guests who did not have pets. the facility was really nice as well. also in the bathroom were dove body products. the body wash...*chef's kiss* and the bathroom came with a small travel size of dove soap. I really enjoyed that because dove is a quality product.

The staff and the breakfast was exceptional! I always love LaQuinta's cool purple tones on the walls and clean lines. Bed was soft with thick, warm, heavy blanket for when I turn up the air at night for a little bit of background noise. Carpet was clean. I'm real paranoid about places that have a hint of dirty because there might be bugs under the dirt, but I didn't have that feeling here. Very clean. The man cleaning the rooms when I was leaving was very nice and friendly and interacted with my 3 year old. I needed to clean my daughter's car seat cover because she got sick in car on the way down and I didn't have quarters. The man at front desk had some and was very nice. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash selection. I will go to this hotel everytime I stop in Chatanooga!

Very clean with daily cleaning of room. Breakfast had several options that were good. Having coffee available in the lobby anytime was also a nice perk. We stayed in a king room, and it was spacious. Having a mini fridge and microwave in our room was awesome. We were close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping as well. Access to expressway was close.

The style of the building and layout of the hotel was very nice and new. I like how the decorating team did their jobs - great looking furniture both in the common areas and in the room. I liked the colors and they way they blended together in all areas and the wallpaper feature in the room. The breakfast area was awesome looking too, and the food was better than most "hotel" supplied breakfasts. It was all very enjoyable.
